When you place an order through the Site, we will retain information about the Order for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal is provided for in Articles 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and consists in the possibility for the Consumer to return the purchased product within 14 days from delivery and to obtain, by providing a valid reason concerning an error on our part, the reimbursement of the expense incurred within 14 days from the day on which the Seller is informed of the Consumer's decision to withdraw from the contract.
The only costs you will be charged and on which you will not be reimbursed are the costs of shipping the product. The right of withdrawal lapses completely if there have been no errors on our part and the returned product is not intact, i.e. there is
1. lack of the original packaging
2. absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, instruction manuals, etc.); 3. damage to the product due to causes other than transport.
PROCEDURE
If, after purchase, you wish to withdraw from the purchase due to an error on our part, you must follow the following procedure: within 14 days of receiving the product
you must contact us at info.layarofficial@gmail.com and specify the error that Layar Official has made during shipment and the product or products for which you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal.
If we have indeed made a mistake in the shipment of the parcel, perhaps not reflecting the colour and size ordered, a Layar Official operator will proceed to refund you without undue delay within a maximum of 14 days from your notice of withdrawal, after verifying the integrity of the goods and
retaining only the amount of the return shipping costs.
